“I am still waiting for replacement salt and pepper grinders as the two that I ordered were faulty. I emailed and have had a reply but as yet I am waiting for replacements Simply not good enough. One being a gift.”

“Unfortunately, the grinder is not as I hoped - it seems to work intermittently, the slat section seems to cut out for no apparent reason.”

“the mill arrived on placing the battery's in it I filled it with salt and pepper the salt side worked but the pepper side wouldn't turn and made a noise I emptied it but still nothing I contacted tower I am still waiting for a reply”

“I have bought two of these one direct from Tower and the other from Groupon The Tower one if far superior in quality and manufacture also operation The one from Groupon was meant to be a Cooks one but it was a cheap generic item which I returned and got a refund So if I doubt buy a Tower one you won't be disappointed”
