“Take care. Although the trays look perfectly serviceable, the website says "Perfect for use in any 4L Tower air fryer or oven". They aren't. When they arrive, the packaging says they are for 6L fryers. Extremely irritating, especially when told incorrectly by customer service that the website says they are for 6L fryers, which it doesn't. Website still hasn't been corrected. On the plus side, the fryer and the other accessories I have bought are brilliant. In this case, it's a case of incorrect website description.”
“I have rated low as I ordered the wrong items. When I contacted customer service I was told they don't do exchanges but returns. Fair enough, my fault in ordering, however they charge £6 postage fee and then I have to buy the correct ones again. I think this is extortionate as would probably only cost £2-3 max to post!”
