“The chrome lid and rim was a bit dented when it arrived, despite the extensive padding in the packaging, which was a bit disappointing. But the lid works fine so it does all i need it to do! It looks very smart and the dimensions were perfect for the space I need it to occupy.”
“The bin came fast and looks luxury in the kitchen. Everything works well and is great holding such a large capacity. The sensor opens the bin when you just walk past it which gets very annoying and constantly gives the bin smell, would be better if the sensor only picked up a wave close to it rather than someone walking 30cm away from the sensor. The bin shuts after a couple of seconds which again is very annoying when you are trying to scrape a plate in the bin an it shuts on you. We have tried to turn the sensor off but then the bin still shuts after so many seconds. We would like a setting to turn the sensor off and then when you open the bin it stays open until you push it shut.”
