“Save your time and your money! Damaged product and awful customer service and I still don’t have a working bin!
I ordered a bin on the 19th June for next day delivery - the bin arrived two days later, with a damaged lid that doesn’t close and a sensor that doesn’t work, the box also arrived opened. I was promised a replacement within 7 days, it’s now 8th July and I still have not received a replacement. When I called their customer services earlier today the assistant was rude, told me the replacement hasn’t been sent yet and told me I had to wait potentially another 7 days. No accountability was taken by Tower Housewares, the assistant was attempting to blame the courier even though they hadn’t even sent the replacement product to courier yet. It would be impossible for me to review the hun because almost 20 days later I still don’t have what I paid for. I will write another review confirming exactly how long it took for me to receive a working product”
“Hi, I ordered Tower 75 l rectangular sensor bin wich I recived today -Saturday ,9.03.2024 damaged and missing batery cover . I would like to exchange it for the same one but in good condition .

“The sensor should be on the top, not the side. It is over sensitive & opens far too easily. The mechanism is ridiculously loud compared to the old EKO bin we had; also you cannot press a button to make it stay open, like the old EKO bin we had. In general, we hated it so much, we have sold it for a tenner on eBay.”
“It's a bit awkward to load the liner at first, but once mastered it's fine, I like it that you only have to do it once a week. It holds a week's worth of household waste. It also looks good...”
