“I am very happy with my purchase I also bought a microwave in Rose Gold which I am very happy with.However I tried to phone to extend the guarantee on both items for five years and was instructed to do it on line.I thought I did it but nothing came up to verify I had done it correctly.I would be very pleased if you can help with this then I would be 110 Percent happy many thanks.”
