“I'd love to be able to review my knife set but after over a week I still haven't received them. They've got 'lost' after Tower gave the delivery company the wrong address and now it's being investigated without any immediate resolution given . A word of advice DO NOT PAY FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY. If you read their delivery terms they only send knives via standard delivery but they still put it as an option at checkout. I was never given nor have I received any delivery notifications. or updates either. They don't respond to emails and when you phone them, they are very unhelpful.”

“Unfortunately I am still waiting for this delivery so I can't review the knife set and can only leave a review for the service I have received from Tower and the fact that I am still waiting for my purchase and a response from them.”
