“I used the pan for the first time the day after it arrived to cook a burger. I washed it carefully in the warm water you advised, but as I was drying it, I noticed that the handle was loose. The two rivets which secured it can't be tightened. The handle can now rotate 30 deg approx either to left or right, making it dangerous to use. I tried to ring you to report this but the extension was constantly engaged. I'm very disappointed with the faulty product and the difficulty in trying to report the problem. PB”

“An excellent tiny pan. Just right for cooking single portions of cheese, meat or an egg. Perfectly non stick and washes well so far.”
