“Ordered 2of these fans ..they arrived in a shocking state ! Looked like catalogue returns! The boxes were battered and torn. Looks like the couriers had taped them back up during transit ! One was scratched in many places but still kept it. The other has gone back as the motor casing was all smashed so was worried Incase it set on fire. I didn’t think customer service was very helpful either. As I emailed first for them to send instructions how to return. Apparently they sent a barcode to take to a collect point ! Which I didn’t get. So I phoned tower directly and explained I’m badly dissabled ! This is why I order online … she resent the barcode which then I had to rely on someone coming to take the parcel to the collection point.I’m still awaiting instructions as to if I’m getting another one sent out or a refund ! I’m disappointed as I’ve bought off tower directly before and had no problem. This experience is why I haven’t give full stars ⭐️”

Was quite difficult to put together though and not easy to adjust the angle so we have left it straight.”
“The quality of my tower fan is brilliant. I have bought similar fans in the past and I could always tell they weren’t manufactured very well. But I could tell when putting my Tower Fan together this was different, everything just felt like a better Quality. Definitely going to purchase another fan for the other room in my house.”
“Purchased this fan as it was on offer, plus the temperatures was around 38 degrees this summer, glad i did, its great, not as noisy as people say, looks great and gives a nice breeze, even on the 1st setting.
I was that impressed, i had to buy another for the bedroom.
