“I have bought quite a few tower fans in the past but thought I'd give this one a try after reading the reviews and I'm so glad I did!! It's in a class if it's own! It's so powerful. On the lowest setting it's better than most on their top setting! I'll definitely be buying tower fans from now on.”
“Looks great and works a treat but the only reason i have scored 3 stars is because the srew for the metal blade cage was missing in the package, although to tiny nuts where supplied. I know it makes very little difference as the side are held by lock clips but as the fan gets old over the months with vibration it will make annoying noises. So instead if contacting me regarding this review it would make sense to send me the missing screw that fits at the bottom of the cage. And thanks for the fast delivery. Appreciate it!”
“Item arrived damaged. I wish I could attach pictures. The item was very clearly a reboxed item as you could actually see the box sellotaped back up and the foam inside was all broken. I reported this but eventually just left it because I have better things to do with my day then deal with returns from companies with no ethics. I will never buy again from this company and my advice to anyone is neither should you.”
