“The package arrived in its original box from Tower, but was all damaged and falling apart as the cardboard used is so flimsy and was tapped up with brown packaging tape by the courier EVRI, who has noted when they delivered it that many of these are falling apart from Tower, so I do think the packaging needs to be reviewed as when I opened the box the base was dented in. The fan itself was fairly easy to construct but you did need 2 of you to do it. The fan is noisy though, even on the lowest setting but is powerful so very good at cooling you down.”

“The fan itself was easy to put together and its powerful! Its noisy though even on the 1st setting so if you struggle with loud noises when sleeping at night, you might want to consider a fan with a quieter setting on it. Its very stylish looking and I brought 3 of them! However downside was the delivery, all 3 boxes were tapped up with brown tape and ripped in the corners badly and 2 of the bases were dented slightly because of this. The polyestyrene was all broken inside, so Tower need to package things better with thicker cardboard boxes and more sustainable padding around the metal fans to stop the boxes collapsing in transit with your couriers. Evri noted in their system that they received the packages like that, but not sure. One for TOWER customer services team to investigate. All 3 fans were ordered on different days so different delivery days each time, so something is wrong with the packaging and the delivery courier not treating the boxes carefully..”

“Oscillator broke within a week. I’ve sent email explaining this but had no response to my complaint. I did however get asked for my opinion on the fan so here it is… Sort your complaints before you ask for a review.”

“The fan is well made and stylish. It was easy to put together. Whilst the fan is capable of cooling a room very quickly, it is quite noisy and I would have some gentler speeds.”
