“Added the microwave to my collection of Tower appliances (have an air fryer oven and a kettle). I bought it directly from the Tower website.
I have found it much more efficient than my previous microwave, especially when cooking jacket potatoes or defrosting food.
It is stable on the work surface, so the company has addressed the problem of it sliding when the door is opened, as mentioned in previous reviews.
The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that the controls make it tricky to cook items requiring less than a minute, but that's the downside of buying a manual microwave. Also the glass tray rattles a bit as it turns. Other than that, this is a good buy and well worth the money.”
