“Not happy at all,scratch on the microwave on opening the box, NO REPLY what so ever from tower on this matter just dreadful!

The disgusting, disgraceful non existent customer service was the problem when the microwave didn’t arrive…!!! still awaiting an email reply weeks later!!! Luckily Evri customer service were helpful but NOTHING from Tower customer services, despite 2 emails, one initially and one after 5 days.. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN”
