“Happy with my microwave but their customer care is awful. I'm still waiting for customer service to set up my guarantee as my model wasn't listed and the guarantee can't be initiated unless it is and is been almost a month since purchase. Their response times are very poor and it still hasn't been sorted out so I don't think I'd be inclined to purchase another Tower product as I'd be concerned an issue with the product would not be dealt with at all!”
