“Microwave is fine, apart from a minor scratch on the side, but I had paid for next day delivery which did not happen, and despite emails requesting delivery expectations or a refund for the delivery charge I had been ignored and instead 4 days later received the answer of:
'Thank you for taking the time to get in touch,
I can see from our records that your order has now been delivered.'
This is not good enough. Of course my reply to this email has also not been acknowledged yet...”
