“So far I have ordered this toaster from you and the same one three times from other retailers, all have a scratch or mark on. Exceptionally poor quality and if I wasn’t away I would be returning! If I get home within the returns time I still will be. Not a cheap toaster and by the time it arrived all matching goods from Amazon were unpacked and used so now I can’t get a toaster in the same set that matches and have lost the money spent on the kettle, bread bin and kitchen roll holder which will all have to be replaced as they have been used so can’t replace. Avoid!!”
