“My daughter received the 70w fountain for Xmas, thought it was really good so order this 90w for her friends birthday, I’m not sure it’s been used as yet so can’t comment on it. However, it arrived with no packaging, it had been put in a plastic bag only so arrived with the box damage and not how I’d like to give as a gift, I emailed but takes so long to get a response, the reason I had to still give the fountain as a gift and hope the fountain itself is also not damaged when they come to use it.”
