“When I received it,I removed the draw and tried to remove the crisper tray,it was very tight.when I tried to put it back in,it wouldn't go down,it was so tight it got stuck at the top..
The only way I got it to go back in was to put oil on the sides of the silicone feet.
After washing,same problem again without oil.
I think this tray is either the wrong crisper tray for this model or just badly made.
The silicone feet stick out so thick on the sides
Quite disappointed about this,as I have the 2.2 ltr manual one and the tray fits fine.
Also my parents have a 6ltr one and tray fits fine.
I'm trying to get it sorted with tower at the moment,waiting for response.

It's a nice looking air fryer,like the brushed metal effect and cooks fine.”
