“Bought this and wouldnt turn on. I contacted customer service and the it took almost 3 weeks to resolve.
I was told a new appliance has been dispatched and will reach me in 3-5 days. I had originally paid for next day delivery!! ♀️ almost 4 weeks for an airfryer, should have bought one from the supermarket :(
I am also responsible for disposing of the old appliance, it's too big to dispose in general waste so I have to go out of my way to do that too .
Very unhappy with the service and outcome. Sorry but don't recommend this company. I really hope the new one works. I feel they should have at least sent it out next day delivery as I had originally paid for”
“We thought about buying an air fryer for so long and finally decided on this one. Really pleased with it, would give it 5 stars but the draws are fiddly and awkward to push back in sometimes.

“Impressive safety function where it won't operate if one basket out of position had us foxed for a while. 2nd basket can be removed during 1st basket working but if 2nd basket out 1st basket won't go if starting a new program. Drawers a bit tricky to get back in the slots very easy to jam them”
“Recent purchase and getting to grips with it. After viewing several makes this one seems good. Got it in the black friday deals, came super quick. I like the dual draw and the function that a meal is cooked at the same time. Would recommend this item”
