“The drawers do not fit properly, they are easy to pull out but almost impossible to slide back in, it takes ages of fiddling around to get the drawers back in. The overall appearanceof the air fryer(in grey colour) is also very cheap looking. I complained to Tower Customer Services on the day I received the air fryer which is over 2 weeks ago and , apart from an email acknowleding receitp of my email, I have heard notghing more. Absolutely appalling customer service! I have purchased Tower products in the past but will not do so in the future. Tower Customer Services is disgusting.”
“When the airfryer arrived I immediately emailed to return it, this 2 weeks ago and heard nothing back, please could someone get back to me to advise how I can return this item.
