“I found that the left hand drawer wouldn't close smoothly. I contacted customer service and was asked to give the product time, which I wa snappy to do so. However, after using the Airfryer for another four days, the fault just got worse. I was cooking fish one night, removed the drawer to turn the fish over and couldn't get the drawer back in. I ended up completing the cooking on the hob. Hence I returned the Airfryer and ordered a different make elsewhere.
I was very disappointed because I had always recognised Tower as a very good make.”
