“It's a great and spacious air fryer, the kebab was fiddly to assemble and the rotisserie will only hold a small chicken, but as an air fryer it's quality.”

“Health hazard and extremly dissapointing experience. In the second use the airfryer melted from inside, producing a terrible smell and smoke. A massive health hazard which could have caused me very serious health problems in the long term.
I have since started a complaint and I am trying to get a refund and this has been even more dissapointing. I believe I am exchanging emails with an AI bot, I was asked to provide pictures via email which I did and then I was asked for the same pictures again with the same text.
I have also highligthed multiple times I am after a refund and not a replacement device, due to health hazard concerns from melting again, and the AI keeps changing the wording saying they will provide to me a "refund replacement device".”
“Very pleased with the air fryer, spacious with the 3 shelves.
The only downside is the length of attached plug, as it shouldn't be used beneath wall units, especially with under cupboard lighting,and not to use an extension lead.”
