“Love the air fryer but would never buy direct from Tower again. Our oven unexpectedly broke so we bought an air fryer and paid next day delivery, only took 8 days to arrive! Customer service didn’t seem very bothered about the delay either. “Kindly allow ten working days for your item to arrive”.

“I have just moved, and so only this week tried out my air fryer, pleased with the look of the white one.
I don't expect I will be able to extened the warrenty as it's more than the 28 days, which is dissapointing
as I did not have any internet until last evening.
Still hopefuly won't have any problems”
“Ordered on tower site, cheapest price! Received my item and the front touch screen was very very scratched and the main drawer doesn’t fit properly, looks awful to be honest. Called the tower customer service line twice and was cut off both times due to high call volumes! Emailed twice and have heard absolutely nothing back from them in over a month! Wouldn’t use the company again, zero customer service and the products don’t live up to expectations.”
