“Seems decent. Apparently easy to use but - major failing - very limited instructions and not easily obtainable online for this model. So can't really obtain full use”
“First of all the start/stop button only worked intermittently.
It seemed to be pot-luck how it was pressed whether it worked or not. If the wrong
program was selected there was no way to stop it, it wouldn't turn off.
it was quite loud in operation.
Having read reviews later it appeared that there were quite a few reporting the same problem.
I therefore requested a refund as a replacement could well have had the same problem.
To get the refund I had to send a phioto of the power cable cut off close to the body of the unit and dispose of it myself.
I thought this was quite a waste of the unit even though it was faulty.
Maybe an indicator of how cheap the unit was to manufacture?
I paid a lot more and bought a Ninja.”
“I only used it twice. I think the air fryer is noisier than I thought. And it leaves a smell in the house, especially when I fried potato chips. I had to open the window for a long time. It wasn't any different than frying pan smell. Other than that I think the product is fine, just didn't serve my needs.”
“i'm in two minds about returning this air fryer. the start button is faulty, unresponsive & the viewing glass gets misty & takes an age to clear, about a couple of days. i wonder if you've had any similar feedback regarding this particular model?”
“Perfect size and nice looking but touch i screen is terrible. The on off button is not responsive at all, would send it back but have used it.it works but it's hard work to get it started”
“Looks good, good price and so far it seems to cook fine. The one flaw I have noticed so far is that the touchscreen panel buttons aren't very sensitive and have to be pressed quite firmly, (whilst holding the unit to stop it moving as you do it). This could be improved.”
