“I bought this air fryer for my mother, aged 93, for her birthday. She was struggling to use her large range type oven. The air fryer with the light weight drawer and simple manual controls is perfect for her. She uses it daily.
I think they should be called air cookers. Fryers use oil and fat and considered unhealthy.”

“We bought the air fryer on the 5th of Feb. It is the 24th Feb now and we still haven’t received it!!
We were staying at home all day waiting for it at the delivery day, twice. The delivery company didn’t contact us but they said they failed to deliver??
The delivery was bad enough, the customer service is worse.
No wonder it takes 10 days for your side to send us a follow up email, I bet there are a lot of complaints.
A very bad shopping experience all in all. I won’t recommend it to anyone and won’t shop from Tower again.”
