“I ordered the wrong drip tray, i reordered the correct one and returned the wrong one to tower (at my expense) the delivery was rejected by tower, returned to me and has now gone astray with hermes

“Drip tray arrived safely. Tower never put size of tray on website. Therefore when it arrived today it is the wrong size. Could not find a tray for model T17039. Assumed that they were all same size.”
