“I really like the way the air fryer cooks my food, but have had to buy a new one, because relying on a oil spray bottle wedged between the handle and the machine to make it work has become a little more trickier and time consuming!”

“I was very pleased with my fryer. I have only used it a couple of times so far to make chips. I used fresh potatoes the first time and they cooked well, but the frozen oven chips I cooked were very good - crispy on the outside and fluffy inside and they cooked quicker than they do in the oven. I have been pleased with the fryer so far and am looking forward to trying other food in it as I'm sure it will be more economical than using the oven, as the food seems to cook quickly without the time needed to preheat the oven.”
“I would be better able to rate the air fryer if I had recieved it, but I haven't! It's been over a week now.
I orderd from you direct because I didn't want to order from amazon despite the delivery attendance being pretty damn good by all accounts because I want to to support the smaller business not those big fat cats!! You have competition on your hands here and if delivery is like this from you all the time then people will get fed up. It's a dog eat dog world out there and although I wasn't too bothered about next day delivery I did expect it well before now.
So please, where is my air fryer, I miss my chips!!”
“Box arrived damaged and badly packed. Inspection of fryer looked like it had already been out and returned. The plastic cable protector at the back of the fryer was broken and pieces of it were in the box. Despite it clearly being faulted it is policy that you have to send it back via collect plus wait for Tower to receive it and then wait for replacement or refund. At the time of writing I paid for this item 2 May and it is 10 May and I have no idea when replacement will arrive.
Tower are one of the many companies who ask for reviews too early, I had the first request before I even received it”
