“Having ordered two by mistake I spent a long time trying to return one, once I did and knew it had been delivered I am still waiting for the refund, for a company as well known as Tower you would expect to receive a refund fairly quickly, but in line with most companies they will take your payment as fast they can, but take a long time to give you your refund, go figure the longer they have it in the bank, the more interest they make, as for a review of the grill, I haven't used it yet !!”
