“The reversible grill plate is a very good quality item but it doesn't fit alone on the shelf supports as it's too small so you still have to put it on an airflow rack which means you have both to clean after cooking as well as the oil drip tray!! I bought 2 but I'm not able to use them as I can't see any advantage in using both the grill plate & the air flow rack!! I cut large pizzas into 4 & they fit perfectly on 2 air flow racks but they don't fit on the grill plate! Sorry but I don't see the point of using them if they don't fit on the shelf supports!!?? Can I return them & be refunded please??”
