Your customer service advisor did offer me a new basket (when they are back in stock) or a refund. I opted for the refund as you had no idea when they would be back in stock. The refund was supplied very quickly. I have given you 3 stars because of your customer service advisor other wise it would have been 1 star.”
“This is a great piece of kit, did our chips brilliantly they were crispy outside and soft and fluffy inside. I have yet to try roast potatoes in it but I’m sure they will be just as good. Easy to wash up too.”
“Loving it so far. Perfect for making French fries, which is all I've used it for, but I'm sure it'll be great for other things too. It goes in the dishwasher and comes out as new every time, so super easy to use and clean. I'd definitely recommend this in addition to the Air Fryer.”
