“Parcel arrived on the 9th Oct, wrong content. Got it sorted. Parcel arrived again on the 18th, Original order was two sets of kebab skewers and one mesh basket. Opened box,one set of Rotating kebab skewers short. Phone, got it sorted. Went to assemble and wash the accessories, found out there was no screws for the kebab wheels.
Phoned 19th, told the customer service lady Azmin, she asked me to use the screws from the rossiterie. So I said what if a chicken is roasting and I would like to prep up some kebabs. She said oh no I can't do that!! Tower houseware a huge international company can't provide two screws for extra accessories that a customer paid for.
I'm now still waiting for pending order of the kebab skewers and screws.”

“At the moment it is difficult to comment on the finished product. As it is at the moment the Rotating Kebab Skewers look and feel solid and well made especially the material used is stainless steel.
The packaging was all in a flimsy transparent plastic bag with no assembly instructions. The unit was not able to be assembled 1) because no instructions came with it and 2) Retaining screws or bolts to secure the two base plates to the bar were missing”
