“The package has gone missing
The courier said the delivered it, I have e cameras back and front, they then said it was put in the bin? The bins are in the camera shot and no one came to my house. The courier passed me back to tower with no resolution and passed the responsibility to Tower. Emma at Tower is currently looking in to it, so let's wait and see the outcome.

Not a good service at all, mainly down to your courier not owning the service they are providing for you.
