“When my Daughter came to visit me from Leeds October 21st i asked if she had any luck with getting replacement baskets to our air fryers ,no luck
So we decided to try again,
What a delight it was to see after months of constant checking your stocks to see you had them back in stock , So ordered 3.
The let down to this 5* review Is .the amount of chasing I had to do to we’re my order was .
I ordered them 21 October paid £4.99 for next day delivery. Did not receive
.on making enquiries to we’re my order was I .I finally received my good on the 25th October .
So I had to send the remaining goods to Leeds .by post ,after complaining about being charged next day delivery I. was given a refund but would be charge for normal deliver .
So because the goods did not come as promised I had to send the parcel on to Leeds costing £5 .30 .
I know this review my not be shown but just needed to let you know about the delight at finally getting the goods but disappointed at the service received.”

“It's good arrived well packaged but my only issue is that it's not correctly working with my tower product. I have sent you a email 3weeks ago and still waiting for your response to send the item back to you but unfortunately you have not responded.”
“Cannot fault the basket. It is just like the original. However the packaging needs seriously looking into. The box was far too big for the product making it more difficult to dispose of. Not environment friendly.”
“My only gripe is I have to push the basket down with an oven glove when I push it in because it stands a tiny bit proud but once in it is a perfect fit and comes out easily. I would recommend and, if I need another replacement I will not hesitate to buy again.”
“I usually find that the basket tetlon coating is first to go on previous air fryers (from various manufacturers) so it is refreshing to find an air fryer that has a spare basket facillity.Obviosly as my Tower Air Fryer is brand new I cannot rate the spare for performance as yet.. Delivery was rapid and the price very reasonable. Very satisfying.Alan Harper”
