“Avoid!! Original piece had faults, so I bought a spare piece, which now also has a fault and they havnt once got back to me. Air fryer is very flimsy.”

“I had to purchase a replacement as the non-stick coating on the original basket peeled off and started sticking to the food which I felt was a health hazard. Tower would not replace it under guarantee as I couldn’t find my proof of purchase, but I had only bought it in May, 2021. I haven’t used replacement yet but hope it lasts longer than the first one.”
