“Our first air fryer, and we're absolutely sold on it. But the mechanical timer is dreadful - inaccurate, difficult to adjust - and once it's started, you can't switch it off - or even reduce the time So we use a separate timer. Could be a bit easier to clean, too. But it's cheap and cheerful, and the air fryer bit works beautifully.”

“The first one I received was faulty and on the instructions of Tower I was told to get it destroyed.Tower were excellent and replaced the first one within 7 days.Customer complaints department were extremely helpful and after following their instructions all was sorted out. “Haven't had the air fryer long enough to give a rating yet. One comment however is that the temperature dial and timer knobs are very hard to read by "older" people. We have to use a torch apart from reading glasses to read these unfortunately.”
