I contacted your customer service via the Tower website to enquire about getting a basket for modelT17056 BLK which I bought about a year ago and despite getting an automated acknowledgement I have heard nothing since.That was two weeks ago.”
“The replacement basket is an exact replacement for the original basket.
What I'm not happy about is the original basket going rusty after only 12 months of use.

“Emailed these people a week ago still had no reply , this is probably coz ive asked for a refund, this is terrible customer service, my airfryer dosnt work with these even though they say they are for the tower T17022, there obviously not , not happy at all”
