I love this fryer, it is perfect for one (& probably two) people.
I do not bake but it is great for chips, home made or frozen, sausage and basically any
convenience foods.
I have not tried chicken or steak as I prefer to see then cook but I am sure they would be good after some trial and error as to time v temp.
I think this oven is way hotter (especially when not full) than normal ovens so both temp & time needs reducing from whatever oven you are used to, hence the trial and error comment.
Small bit of advice/business opportunity for Tower House - I had to buy an accessory pack which was over £20. This contained 12 pieces.
I wanted a small baking tray to protect the bottom of the fryer, rack (to lift sausage, fish, nuggets etc) off the base and some small tongues to lift items out rather than just tipping the basket!! I would suggest you offered these items with your product at maybe 1-£5, 3-£10,5-, I paid over £20 for accessories some of which I wont use, baking tin, and small cake mould, also a high rack/skewer rack & pan divider which actually won't fit.
