“The old basket failed, the handle became loose and finally broke which was extremely dangerous as hot oil went everywhere.
It was still under warranty but the registration for the warranty didn't work and log in failed so I had to pay out myself. So new basket was good but not happy it broke and that I had to pay myself. Plastic parts on handle poorly designed, just not durable enough.”
