“Ordered the pan divider 3rd September. Did not receive any acknowledgement of my order. Delivered today 9 September absolutely no use for my air fryer model number T17025 it was too big for the basket. I do not understand why the correct size divider cannot be included in the box with the appliance.”
“The divider arrived at 7” instead of the 8” ordered, which fits our Tower VortX Air Fryer and when I emailed, the lady (Kelly) said “ I am sorry this model does not come with a separator (which I knew) nor do we sell one for this model????? (Really?) If you wish to return the item for a refund this will be at your own cost” The cost of return postage is more that the refund value!
Curiously, I have now ordered an 8” divider, at extra expense, and have binned the incorrect item you sent me and have ‘‘Put it down to experience””
