“I have never used a pressure cooker before, so I opted for an electric one has I have only 1 hob, I am pleased with the product but the instructions are absolute garbage hence why I gave the product 4 stars, I also looked online for instructions for this model and could not find any at all. If they don't want to go to the expense of having a bigger manual they could put it on their website so everyone can at least get some instructions and maybe some recipe ideas for using with this product (but that the manufacturers problem).
Also the lid is hard to get on.
I have no managed to cook rice in there and now got it right second time of trying, but not tried anything else at the moment.
What I also like about this product is that when the timer stops it bings and stops cooking but automatically goes to keep warm.”
“First one was faulty (timer didn't work) but retailer exchanged immediately. Overall a good purchase. A versatile cooker with good capacity, no leaks, very quiet in operation and easy to clean. It loses a star, however, for the steamer rack placement being far too high up to enable any sensible quantity of food, pudding basin etc. to fit. An additional smaller trivet which sits on the bottom would be good. I use a small silicone pot trivet which works very well. Also, the instructions are woeful and written in the now sadly ubiquitous Chinglish. I have found out most of the functions and cleaning procedures by trial and error. Tower please provide FULL details and instructions in proper English so that customers may get the best out of your fine appliances.”
