“The instructions that come with it are totally useless. We rang up the on line information and didnt get much from them as the lady who we spoke to was not very good at all.
The cooker is good and works well but still cant find out how to increase the cooking time from what is programed in. The cooker is well built and works well and not too bad value wise. Overall a good product but instructions are very bad.”
“An excellent product with good features I like the STEW one especially, well built and definitely worth the price. In my opinion far superior to the hob pressure cookers with steam escaping and the very hot surfaces of the cooker.

“I've never owned or used a pressure cooker before and I'm delighted I purchased this product. It's very simple to use and gives great results. The only downside for me is that the instruction/recipe booklet is of little use as it doesn't give much detail especially on liquid quantities, internet research is required.”

It is solidly built and comes to pressure a lot quicker than the old one, and is quieter. the only thing I am disappointed with is the instruction book, it does not give enough detail as to water quantity to use and assumes some knowledge of pressure cookers.”
“I can not believe how good the new Tower Pressure Cooker is my wife & I had the old styli aluminium top of hotplate type , (we got it as a wedding present in 1976) The build quality is still there with the new cooker, the automatic timer cooker & keep warm is superb ,
with this new pressure cooker it frees a extra ring on your main cooker ,we used the old crock pot for a long time but the new cooker is so good ,and such good value for money there are other makes out there but the old one did us great service .

“Once you have worked out how to use this pressure cooker it is actually very efficient and good! Having previously used a stove top version this has proven to be much easier and safer to use. However what needs to be improved is the information that comes with it! There is not enough information on the amount of liquids required, timings etc and a few more varied recipes than the few given, would be nice! The settings are for Rice, Meat/Chicken,porridge and Tendon?????? - I just wanted to know how long to cook potatoes!!!! The dial is manual - you must add an extra10mins to the time for the cooker to heat up - but again this is not explained!
All in all the quality is good, we purchased this as a sale item (thankfully) and I have got used to using it now, delivery was through an online store and was efficient!”
