“I was having many second thoughts about buying a pressure cooker when I ordered this; photos online of exploded lids stuck in ceilings didn't help!
Since arriving, this wonderful device hasn't been off the kitchen counter, and I use it pretty much every day. Reassured of its safety in the design, I made a chicken curry in less than 20 minutes beginning to end, and it was tastier than the slow-cooker curry. Ditto the coq-au-vin. Today I make brocolli & cauliflower soup in it. I honestly don't know what I'd do without it and if it were to vanish, I would order another within 24 hours. It saves me money on electricity, creates almost no washing-up, makes tasty meals quickly; I could go on and on.
I love my Tower pressure cooker.”
“This is the first pressure cooker I have ever owned. Although I found that the instructions booklet not very helpful. More recipes would be good and a more simpler way of how much liquid to meat veg rice would be very helpful. But I have cooked in it a few times and I am happy with the end results and so was my family.I had looked at other pressure cookers but this one is great value for money and will save me time in my busy day.Once I got the hang of how to fit the lid on its straight forward .So pleased I pick this one”
“Very impressed with this product. Used it for the first time on Saturday 6th. February 16, to make a beef stew. It was delicious, and the meat was very tender. I ordered the red one, and it looks superb, Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this product to anybody. The non stick cooking pot was SO easy to clean too.”
“Having used pressure cookers for years I am disappointed that things take longer to cook than my original models. Rice takes as long as on top of the gas.
I like the fact that steam is not released all through cooking.
Instructions poor especially for anyone using a pressure cooker for the first time.”
“Love the simplicity of this cooker. Just turn the dial for on without the lid for browning .This is not pointed out in any instructions which are very poor but soon worked out what to do.My daughter now has one as I am very pleased with it.I have pressure cooker cook books which you really need and you tube helps too.”
“I bought this Tower pressure cooker after seeing a friends. This is electric and therefore does not require placing on a hob.
It cooks food brilliantly and vegetables remain appertising and tasty.
One gripe is that it is a bit hit and miss when trying to attach the top to the base. That said I am happy I bought it and cuts down on washing up.”
