“Overall my experience was about as bad as possible.
1. During the order process the page indicated I would get a receipt for my payment. = I never did.
2. Not being sure therefore that my order had actually gone through, I sent in a support query.
3. That took so long to be dealt that the fryer had arrived before I got an answer.
4. Then, it was faulty and of no use whatsoever.
5. The return process was the worst thing of all!
I had a 20 mile, nearly one hour, round trip to the "nearest" collection point for your specified courier service!
Yes, you did then refund the full purchase price, for which I am grateful, but I am left having previously been a lifetime (my mother used to buy your stuff half a century ago) fan of Tower, to now never wishing to order from you again.”
“The airfryer was purchased at the end of August. It has been used half a dozen times since and the plastic holder is now cracked and it switches itself off during cooking. Such a shame as we were excited to purchase and use this.”
