“This vacuum comes with a paper bag which is not on the manual so didn’t know whether it goes on nozzle inside or not, I’ve rang customer service twice and they don’t know either. They said they would email me , I’ve heard nothing, very poor customer service, I also said the paper bag was ripped, they have no spares and don’t even know where I can buy spares if this paper bag does go on nozzle inside the drum which I’m sure it does, I would not recommend this product to anyone if I’m honest”
