“It's early days with the new dough blade, but it is central to my mixer as my machine is used predominantly for bread making, with the odd cake or scone make, so the new dough blade is a definite necessity. The last blade I had came with the machine, and has lasted almost 3 years of weekly use. New blade seems more robust, although I might be as little more gentle, but it's working great, I bought 2 just in case but I'm sure one will gather dust for a while yet. Apologies for any spelling/grammatical mistakes, but I'm very partially sighted.”
