“Since reading other reviews, mine has the very same problem. day one worked fine, from then .....Simply wont cook, especially if you have just used the blitz knob. You have to unplug, wait a while, re-start and it might work (but dont touch the blitz knob) out of twelve attempts over two days it worked just ONCE. gets extremely hot and boiled one batch of soup completely dry. Waiting for replacement. One setting only so cant choose smooth/chunky, hard to lift off from base when full ..it seems too secure.”

“A very good price compared to other brands on the market. So easy to use. Soup cooked in 20 minutes, the worst part is preparing the vegetables. You can have chunky or smooth, and it's so easy to zap and make smooth soup.
I like the fact that you can see the soup cooking and it's very easy to clean afterwards.”
