“This paddle is more lightweight than the original. It is acceptable for normal use, but I time my breadmaking to take the paddle out just before the last rising in order to prevent a hole and slit in the base of the loaf. This paddle is more difficult to grab hold of at that point of the process.”
“This is now the 3rd combination of Paddle and barrel I have bought the previous 2 leaked after 18 months . First impressions of this one is better as the paddle can be removed from the barrel whereas the previous 2 were such a tight fit they stuck on never to be separated. Let's hope this is the last time I have to purchase these”
