“Very difficult to push on some carpets, it is as though the height adjustment does not work properly. works fine on laminate floors but would not recommend for frail or elderly people as it is very hard to push on some carpets. It is a shame really because apart from that it is a good hoover and competitively priced, come on Tower fix theproblem and you will have a star on your hands.”
