I purchased a kettle that stopped working on day 2. I contacted customer services via an email as there is no telephone number. They issued a return form. I sent it back and have not heard anything since, no replacement no refund!
I first contacted customer services on the 9th February, it is now the 2nd of March and still without a kettle and no further response.”
