“Initially disapointed as am a complete beginner with air fryers. Purchased a Tower Vortex and found your book online. The advertisment didnt say that it was for any particular model. However the recipes and illistrations are excellent and the dishes Ive tried have been very good. I have wondered if using different shelves makes a big difference, but so far everything attempted has been fine. AR Mars Ilchester”

“We bought the cook book as we had purchased a dual 11 L Oven air fryer. The oven came with a poor instruction manual and we thought the cook book might help with learning how to make the most use from our appliance.. It has helped to an extent. We are still experimenting with receipes. The index could be better.”
