“I would love to write a review but Evri have lost both my air coolers (I purchased one of each) Tower haven`t refunded or replaced. I am still waiting and tracking for both hasn`t updated for over a week.”
“I urgently needed something to keep me cool during the hot weather so I ordered the cooler which arrived in time despite the short order time. As a simple fan it has made the hot weather tolerable and I wouldn't be without it but I have tried filling it with water and ice packs and it still felt just like a fan. I know the weather was particularly hot but the ice just melted and the water evaporated and the blowing air felt just the same as when I didn't put water and ice blocks in it. On the box it mentions "ice cold air for hot climates". This claim is exaggerated.”
“I purchased them to get through the extreme heat. I have still not received my items at this time.
The wrong items were delivered last week Friday. I immediately contacted customer services. I did not hear back until Monday when I was told the correct items will not be sent back until wrong ones are picked up and Pick up of wrong items was not arranged until Tuesday. Furthermore, next day delivery, which was on the original order, would not be honoured rather the correct item will take 3-5 working days. Overall, very disappointing experience.”

“Considering the heat my unit has been fighting against I have to admit it has worked well apart from a couple of disappointing niggles and as such, I would happily give it 5stars as a fan as even on the lowest fan setting it is quite fierce, on the highest it gives a force nine gale and as a humidifier it's not bad.......but an air cooler it is not........the ice packs melt very quickly so the cooling effect is minimal at best.
I find it disappointing that the louvres don't tip upwards far enough to take air higher than kneecap level so unless you enjoy cold knees or feet you'd have to stand the machine well up off the floor to get the breeze anywhere else......it would work better if the louvres were split 50-50 with half being able to point upwards or if they had been made as a removable unit like the filter so they could be turned upside down so as too spread the output further and higher than the top of a coffee table.
My last disappointment has to be it's not as quiet as I'd hoped......I realise it may just be my units that are noisy but neither of the two I brought is quiet enough to leave running on the timer till I fall asleep which is a shame.”
